At ARBD Legal Services, we are committed to transparency and client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any payment on our website or for our services.

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fees

All fees paid for the purpose of registration—including but not limited to company registration, LLP registration, NGO/society registration, license applications, and certifications—are strictly non-refundable.

2. Other Payments

For payments made for services other than the above-mentioned registrations, clients are eligible to raise a refund request under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be raised within 24 hours of making the payment.
  • The request must include a valid reason and proof of discrepancy, if applicable.
  • The request can be submitted via email at arbdlegalservices@gmail.com or via our contact form.

3. Refund Review Process

Upon receiving a valid refund request, our support and legal compliance team will review the case. The review process may take up to 7 working days from the date of receipt of the request. If a discrepancy is confirmed, a partial or full refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Mode of Refund

If approved, refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds will be issued.

5. Service Cancellation

Service cancellation does not imply entitlement to a refund unless specifically allowed as per this policy. Any service already initiated or partially completed is non-refundable.
